This was a serious DIY project that touched almost every single inch of this tiny 675 SF alley house. Details are of unfinished aspen, existing floors were sanded, and all living room built-ins were custom fabricated from sanded ACX plywood. We hired out electrical, plumbing, and tilework and otherwise were entirely hands-on: a true labor of love.
